The Lew Electric 6304-S-1 is a brass cover only for the 1100 series of floor boxes using a single receptacle or data plate. The cover features a combo screw plug for 1" or 2" to provide quick and easy access to the inside of the box. The cover is 1/8" thick, and includes a neoprene gasket and screws. The dimensions of the cover is 3.88" x 2.88".
