The Lew Electric SWB-6-LR is a recessed floor plate with brass cover, also included is the back box for your 1/2" conduit connections. Inside the floor box are three duplex 15A outlets, the plugs are tamper proof. Also included is one empty 4 port keystone plate giving you the option to add your own keystone jacks in the box for data, communication, or video. The sleeve in the box is adjustable up to 3/4" to accommodate any floor making installation a snap, screws are included to attach the plate to the receptacle box. The box may be attached directly to the subfloor or routed into a finished floor. The cover has six flip lids that give you access to the outlets. The box features a watertight assembly, there is a durable 1/16" neoprene rubber gasket that goes between the receptacles and plate. The box is UL listed, and the receptacles are UL listed and meet heavy duty requirements for display receptacles. This floor box is a simple and economical solution to provide your power, and even data, in a small and attractive plate.
